Julie Maley is a Licensed Massage Therapist with an extensive background in holistic approaches.
Her training started with a 4-year internship with Vivian Rice, Nutritionist of Colorado Springs, Co. She learned herbal preparation and applications, holistic nutrition, muscle response testing, and healing utilizing the mind-body connection.
Currently, Julie works as a Licensed Massage Therapist in downtown Fernandina Beach, FL. Therapies include: Neuromuscular therapy; barefoot bar therapy; and spot treatments in TMJ, migraines, and plantar fasciitis. A blend of therapies is used to eliminate pain and increase range of motion. She has a reputation as a therapeutic body worker that incorporates holistic methods.

John Kato graduated from the Reese Institute of Massage Therapy in 1995. He later served as an instructor at the Reese Institute and Florida State College of Natural Health teaching Anatomy and Physiology, Musculoskeletal Anatomy, Pathology, Hydrotherapy and Clinical Massage.
John has been a massage therapist for over 20 years with training and experience in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Musculoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Core Myofascial Therapy, Advanced Myofascial Techniques, Positional Release, Hydrotherapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Micro-current Point Stimulation (MPS) Therapy and Clinical Massage.
John's overall goal is to improve ones relationship with the body. This is achieved by using a unique and thoughtful approach to deep tissue massage which incorporates practices to restore flexibility, improve posture, enhance balance, and increase range of motion. The results are being free and opening spaces for your body to move in while being balanced and grounded.
